The online system will not accept same day bookings. If a room or tour is shown as sold-out or unavailable online, please call/text our front desk (1-808-339-0921) to see if there is availability. You may also add accommodation and tours on one reservation by clicking on "add to booking".

Your credit card will be charged full price for your accommodation/tour when a reservation is made. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy on accommodations and tours. There will be NO refunds on cancellations/no-shows on accommodations and tours within 48 hours of the reservation. There will be NO refunds for early check outs. Any cancellations outside of the 48-hour policy will be refunded the full amount minus a $30 booking fee for accommodations and tours booked.

The latest available check-in time is 9:30 p.m. No check-ins will be accepted after that time.

Please note: All information provided, including name and billing address, must match the credit card you use to secure your reservation. Attempting to use a different name or address may cause your reservation to fail. If you have trouble securing your reservation through our website, please contact our front desk at 1-808-339-0921 between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. for assistance.
